Mikhail started his way in business as a subcontractor technician in 2011 when he was invited to come from Belarus to provide installation services for a large GTech corporation project. Within less than a year he became one of the best specialists and stood out as a quick learner and excellent problem solver.
Possessing degrees in psychology and technical studies obtained in Belarus, Mikhail has always been looking for efficient ways to use his personal skills and to develop himself. Receiving all the necessary certifications for the tower construction industry led him to be involved in many cell tower network installation projects. Shortly after their successful partnership began, Mikhail and Max co-founded MKN Communications and are now leading the company, focused on growing and providing exceptional services to their clients.
