Foreman
Responsible for leading a team of 2-4 to do tower installations, including all antennas and transmission lines. This position requires working knowledge of construction and installation of telecom wireless equipment.
Job Description for Tower Lead:
- Oversee work crews responsible for tower climbing and installing
- Work with construction manager to schedule work crews for different sites
- Manage onsite safety program
- Installation of mounts, cables, and antennas on towers and rooftops
- Experience in completing full grounding installations, tower demolition, tower stripping and painting erect and horizontal
- Must have new build/colocation, civil, wireless related construction experience
- Must be able to create BOM’s, read construction plans, RFDS accurately
- Ability to communicate properly with customers and crew members as well
- Follow instructions from management and perform duties in the most efficient ways possible
- Install coaxial cable on towers, rooftop — any structure
- Should have experience troubleshooting using supplied Anritsu, and PIM gear
Requirements:
- Must be a Certified Tower Climber — via Gravitec Systems, Inc. or Comtrain Tower climbing and Rescue certification
- Tower Lead experience
- Must have a valid driver’s license
- Must have Computer Skills
- Available to travel and work day, night and weekend shifts

Tower Technician
Job Description for Tower Technician:
- Must be able to work safely and comfortably from extreme heights (past climbing experience recommended)
- Work requires out-of-town travel and weekend schedules
- Installation of mounts, cables, and antennas on towers and rooftops
- Ability to communicate properly with crew members
- Follow instructions from management and perform duties in the most efficient ways possible
Requirements:
- Tower Technician experience (experience is welcome)
- Previous climbing experience preferred but will train a qualified candidate (with relevant background)
- Stable work history required. Electrical, Technical or Communications experience is preferred
- Must have a valid driver’s license

Ground Technician
Job Description for Ground Technician:

- Assist foreman in developing and planning complete site build
- Capstan operations
Requirements:
- Ground Technician experience (experience is welcome)
- Previous climbing experience preferred but will train a qualified candidate (with relevant background)
- Stable work history required. Electrical, Technical or Communications experience is preferred
- Fully understand quality and safety procedures
- Advanced understanding of Rigging
